At MTM WATCH, we strive for perfection in every timepiece; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all protective films and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the watch in its original presentation box, including all manuals, warranty cards, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the timepiece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
